Apple to Announce iPhone 5S On September 10

Apple's iPhone launch is the most anticipated tech event, and it is creating a lot of Buzz right now in the Tech corridor. Apple will be hosting an event on September 10 to unveil the iPhone 5S, according to All Things D (a blog that has a solid track record for reporting inside Apple information). The release date is the most recent, and probably one of the most accurate.

Apple is also reported to be working on a smart-watch and a TV, but neither of those products are expected to be ready for next month's event.

The new iPhone will run iOS 7, the latest version of Apple's mobile operating system, which includes new typography, redesigned icons and a new color palette.

As the time of launch comes close, the rumors around the next iPhone are continuously increasing. Here's a roundup of some of the rumors making around the next iPhone, but that doesn't mean all of them turn out to be accurate.

Read on to find out some of the rumors making around the next iPhone.

• The new phone will be called iPhone 5S and will keep the same design as the current iPhone 5. 

• The company will also roll out a cheaper version of the iPhone, especially for the sale in emerging markets; it will cost $99 and will come in five or six different colors, according to Reuters.

• There may be at least one larger iPhone model, with a 4.7-inch screen, a 5.7-inch screen, or both to compete with big-screen rivals.

• The new phone will have a fingerprint scanner for added security and other uses. It will be in the home button of the device.

• It will have a faster processor, longer battery life, improved camera and an increase in the screen contrast. 

• Apple could improve the microphones in the iPhone so that Siri detects human voice better and call quality and audio on videos is improved.

It is yet to see what Apple comes out with at the launch and the rumors can be officially confirmed then only. Though as is the case with our list of Unofficial Specification of Moto X which we posted before official launch came out to be true with launch of Moto X. This time also we will try our best to bring you with confirmed spec’s sheet before the iPhone launch.

[Unofficial] Confirmed Looks and Specification of Moto X

So much have been said and listened about the new to-be launched Moto X that it is creating a lot of buzz around the web before it launch. But now we can confirm about the looks and Specification (Confirmed but Unofficial) of Moto X. As tipster @evleaks has posted the Press shots of Moto X. Shown below in two Colours one in White and other in Black.

The image shows that the front panel will not include any physical keys and there would be three soft keys for Back, Home and Recent apps on the bottom of the screen, in line with stock Android. The front of the phone also shows a front facing camera with some sensors.  The back appears to sport a textured finish and will house the rear camera along with the LED flash and the speaker grille. The top of the phone comes with a 3.5mm jack, with right side of the phone showcasing power ON/OFF key and Volume rockers.

On the other hand another website Android Police, has posted leaked shots of An Tu Tu benchmarks running on the Moto X smartphone. The benchmarks confirm the specifications as follows.

LG send Invites to Unveil G2 on August 7th

LG is sending invites for an event of its upcoming flagship phone the LG G2. The invitation shows off an outline of the phone.  The event is set for 7^th August at 11:00 am in New York. This will be the first “G” branded device, which is the name for their new premium device line-up.

The G2 is expected to have a Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor, a 13-megapixel camera, and Android 4.2.2. It is also said to sport a backside touch control, a first of its kind in smartphone industry.

The invite also gives compliment to the phone saying, “To me, you are perfect.” The invitation also says that “we are learning from you” which suggests that LG might be listening to what consumers wants and then designing its products based on that, a somewhat same approach as that of Google to its new Moto X.

It looks trend is changing quickly from manufacturer chosen spec’s to consumer chosen spec’s for there smartphone and it is good for consumers.

Leaked: Press Images of Motorola Moto X

Invitations for the launch of Moto X went just about a few hours ago, but we don’t have to wait until August 1st to check out the mightily-hyped Motorola Moto X. As its first press shots had been leaked by @evleaks(on twitter). Moto X is the Motorola’s first phone under its new owner Google. It looks just same as it was saw in the hands of Google executive. It comes with a mid-range spec-sheet (see specification), but some beautiful to look at feature, with some heavy customizability options. With Moto X, Motorola (or we can say Google) hopes to win over a market crowded with a host of Galaxies and Optimus.

Motorola is launching its new device Moto X on August 1^st. It will be shipped in the US market first with an expectation to hit retail near the end of the month, on multiple US carriers with some extremely competitive price. It is not yet known when will it come to other countries including India.

Nokia Lumia 1020 Appears Online to be Launched Soon in India

Nokia is soon to launch its Lumia 1020 in the Indian market. As Nokia has listed Nokia Lumia 1020 along with two other mobile on its India website. Though there are no official words yet on its launch date it is expected to be around "september-october". The mobile can be seen in “COOMING SOON” section of the website. This is the same Lumia Phone which has the 41MP rear shooter. The handset was unveiled just a week ago (on 11/july/13) at an event in NY. It is said to have the best camera among all smartphones.

The Lumia 1020 comes Loaded with a Dual-core 1.5 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon™ S4 processor, 2GB of RAM and comes with ClearBlack, AMOLED Display with a resolution of WXGA (1280 x 768). In Connectivity term there is USB 2.0, Bluetooth 3.0, Wi-Fi, NFC. For Navigation there is Magnetometer, A-GPS, A-GLONASS and Barometer.

But its main attraction is its 41MP Zeiss camera; it have six lenses and features Nokia's PureView imaging technology, along with two types flash - one LED and the other Xenon. It takes two photos simultaneously one with a resolution of 7712 x 5360 pixels (38MP) for photo editing and other at 5MP resolution for social media uplaoad. As 38MP photo cannot be shared easily due to its large size.

The company said the smartphone will arrive in US on July 26 on AT&T, priced at $299. After the US launch it will be headed to China and key European markets.
